Carrie Boudreau-Mirth is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri. She received her Associate's Degree in Medical Massage Science from Missouri College in 2005 graduating with honors. Carrie is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, AMTA, since 2007. Massage therapy is not only her occupation but it is her passion. Carrie enjoys working with people and trying to make them feel "better". She strives to alleviate their aches, pains, and stress while bringing a state of relief and relaxation to her clients.
Carrie also has Associate Degrees in Fine Art and Photography from Florissant Valley Community College. She will be the first to say, "You never know where life will take you!" Carrie's hobbies include photography, hiking, camping, softball, kickball (never too old!), and just chilling in the outdoors.
Carrie is trained in Swedish massage with a talent for deep tissue work. She is also trained in prenatal massage and some Myofascial Release Techniques. She is looking forward to expanding her training and techniques. So keep your eyes open for new the things she just may have up her sleeve!
Aubrie Carpenter studied at Utah College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2000. Since that time, she practiced in salons, massage therapy businesses, and in-home. She is proficient in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Structural Massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Technique, and Reflexology. "My time away from the office is spent with my husband and our two sons and daughter. My family means the world to me! I am very excited to be working with The Mindful Body and I love to help people to achieve better health and relaxation. I am happy to customize your massage for your individual needs."
